How to cancel the order before shipping

Cancellation requests are normally accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

The refund is automatic, and the transaction takes 3-5 business days.

How to cancel the order after shipping

All orders are sent by registered mail.

If the order has already been shipped, you can file a dispute if the product does not arrive as described or if there are other problems with the order.

 

Reinventar gives the last word to the artisan/seller

It is the artisan who reviews your return request and agrees or not with the request. He can decline the request or send a message to find out more information before making a decision. If both agree, there is a refund and the order will be returned to the artisan/seller.
